William L. Conley, Jr.
Chairman of the Board of Directors-
As Sky-Trax's Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Conley brings over 35 years of supply chain logistics experience, extensive managerial experience with both large-scale and growth-oriented operations, and strong relationships with key players in the supply chain industry.
Prior to joining Sky-Trax, he was President of ATC Logistics and Electronics, a $360 million division on ATC Technologies Corporation, where he held responsibility for the overall leadership and management, while providing strategic vision for value-added logistics and supply chain services for high value, high velocity, and serialized products from post-manufacturing to end of life. Prior to ATC, Mr. Conley was Vice President- General Manager, of FedEx Supply Chain Services-Europe, Middle East and Africa, where he was responsible for value added logistics and supply chain services, including e-fulfillment for Federal Express Corporation.
Bill held a number of positions during his FedEx career, including Vice President, Logistics and Electronic Commerce; Managing Director, Air Freight Systems; Managing Director, System Control; and Managing Director, National Accounts. Earlier in his career, Mr. Conley was National Manager, Sales and Service, for Allied Airfreight, a division of Allied Van Lines, and he also worked for Delta Air Lines.
Mr. Conley holds a BS in Aeronautics from St. Louis University, Director Certification from the Anderson School of Management, UCLA, Executive Development Certification from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and did post-graduate work at DePaul University.
He served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force and received various commendations for his service during the Vietnam Era.
Michael B. Kinnard
Chief Executive Officer-
As Sky-Trax's Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kinnard will direct the execution of business, sales and marketing plans and provide executive leadership to Sky-Trax. Mr. Kinnard joins Sky-Trax with more than 20 years of experience in start-ups, capitalizing new businesses and growing companies into market leaders.
Prior to joining Sky-Trax, Mr. Kinnard most recently served as senior vice president at Alexander Proudfoot Company, an operational improvement consulting firm, as a business development and client relations management executive. Previous to Alexander Proudfoot Company, Mr. Kinnard was CEO of SCO Logistics Inc., where he served as the driving force in directing the execution of business, sales and marketing plans and guided it through significant growth. Mr. Kinnard also has served as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Rollins Truck Leasing Corporation, Rollins Environmental Services, Inc. and Dover Downs Entertainment Services, Inc. He also served as President and CEO at Matlack Systems, Inc. another Rollins Business that provided transportation and logistics services to the chemical and food industries. Before his career with Rollins, Mr. Kinnard was a partner at Baker Donelson Law firm in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Mr. Kinnard holds a BA in political science and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Neil O'Connell
Chief Operating Officer-
As Sky-Trax's Chief Operating Officer, Mr. O’Connell will oversee day-to-day operations and focus on managing and improving business practices. Mr. O’Connell joins Sky-Trax with 30+ years of experience in optimizing results in the supply chain, logistics, technology and business development at large multinationals and smaller start-up companies
Prior to joining Sky-Trax, Mr. O’Connell managed an independent supply chain and logistics consulting firm with clients including Mars, MCE, Fortna, Wenaas, and Masonite. He also served as the CTO of StonePath Group-a supply chain and logistics provider that grew from $0 to $350 million in revenue in four years with customers including Best Buy, Target, ATT, and Home Depot. Prior to working at StonePath Group, Mr. O’Connell served as Executive Vice President of IT solutions at a boutique Supply Chain consultancy called Avicon, where he was responsible for the delivery of customer solutions. Mr. O’Connell also ran a Supply Chain practice at Oracle and then later went on to lead Oracle’s North American Industrial Supply Chain group. He has also helped start and then lead the 3rd Party Logistics group at American President Lines. Mr. O’Connell received a degree from Columbia Pacific University and USC.

As Sky-Trax's President, Mr. Mahan is focused on accelerating sales growth as well as building a comprehensive VAR sales channel. In 1998, Mr. Mahan left a distinguished 20-year career as a technology manager and business leader for AT&T Bell Laboratories and DuPont in order to establish private enterprises.
While with DuPont, Mr. Mahan had helped to pioneer advances in manufacturing automation and was awarded a patent in this area. He founded the company's robotic machine vision research laboratory, led the Corporate Center of Excellence for Materials Handling Systems Integration, sat on several corporate standards committees, and managed international supply chain and technology product development projects.
Mr. Mahan co-founded Information Technology Genesis LLC, a web technology company focusing on supply chain solutions where he served as COO. In 2004, along with Mr. Emanuel and Mr. Ungerbuehler, he founded Sky-Trax.
Mr. Mahan earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion and Philosophy from Elizabethtown College. He holds several industry accreditations including PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) and IIE Certified Systems Integrator (CSI).

As Sky-Trax's Chief Information Officer, Mr. Emanuel is responsible for software product design and application development as well as software testing and quality assurance. Mr. Emanuel began an engineering career with PPG, bringing computer automation to manufacturing. He was selected as one of five top candidates for corporate leadership training, but left PPG to join DuPont, where his automation knowledge could be extended to an international level.
Mr. Emanuel's responsibilities in DuPont grew from software architecture and system design to full plant-wide automation projects. As lead project engineer, Mr. Emanuel oversaw plant construction in China, Singapore, and numerous US locations.
As a senior technical manager, he helped to formulate corporate standards for software development and system integration, and led a global team in that pursuit. After leaving DuPont, Mr. Emanuel co-founded Mid-Atlantic Software, a supplier of auto-dialer technology to the aviation industry in 1996, and Information Technology Genesis, an e-Commerce and consulting firm in 1998.
Joining with Mr. Mahan and Mr. Ungerbuehler, Mr. Emanuel co-founded XCS Corporation, a warehouse automation software firm in 2002, and Sky-Trax in 2004. His education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Masters of Business Administration from Temple University.
Richard H. Ungerbuehler
Founding Partner-
As one of Sky-Trax's founding partners, Mr. Ungerbuehler is responsible for electronic and optical product design as well as manufacturing and quality control. Mr. Ungerbuehler began a career with DuPont in 1974 as an Electronic Engineer in DuPont's Engineering Research and Development organization. He later supervised a group of R&D engineers engaged in the development of proprietary product inspection instrumentation and automation systems, specializing in the application of laser scanning technology to real-time quality control.
Mr. Ungerbuehler later became a corporate Technology Consultant for bar code technology, and led the internationally recognized DuPont DART team, which coordinated data collection applications throughout the company. During this DuPont DART tenure, he represented DuPont on international bar code standards organizations, and participated in the authoring of ANSI MH10.8 - the American National Standard for bar code shipping labels. After retiring in 1999, Mr. Ungerbuehler founded ADC Consulting, a data collection consulting firm.
He co-founded Sky-Trax with Mr. Mahan and Mr. Emanuel in 2004 and serves today as Chief Engineer. Rich received the Distinguished Scholar Award along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Spring Garden College, Philadelphia; he did graduate work in automation systems and electrical engineering at the University of Delaware; and he holds various meritorious awards and certifications from the United States Army Signal Corps.
William H. McDonnell
Chief Financial Officer-
As Sky-Trax's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. McDonnell is responsible for the company's financial controls, financial reporting, financial planning, day to day management of financial operations and human resources. Mr. McDonnell brings extensive experience in creating and managing global financial and operating programs for companies developing and delivering software solutions to the global market.
Prior to joining Sky-Trax, he was the Chief Financial Officer of S Group International, Inc., a publicly owned international software solution provider for OEM and reseller channels to the sign making, digital printing, CNC and home automation industries where he held responsibility for establishing and management of the overall financial, legal and human resource requirements of the group.
Prior to S Group International, Mr. McDonnell was Corporate Controller/ Vice President of Finance at FNX Limited, a venture capital funded global financial risk management software Development Company where he was responsible for managing the day to day global accounting and financial activities. Mr. McDonnell started his career in public accounting providing audit and tax services to middle market companies. Post public accounting he was a Senior Accountant at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer (now Sanofi-Aventis) and then held the position of Senior Audit Consultant for Unisys Corporation. Mr. McDonnell holds a BS in Accounting from Georgetown University and is a Certified Public Accountant in inactive standing.
Philip B. Van Wormer
Executive Vice President-
As Sky-Trax's Executive Vice President, Mr. Van Wormer is responsible for sales, business development and strategic marketing. Mr. Van Wormer joins Sky-Trax with 30 years of extensive experience in leading global revenue growth for a wide variety of businesses including third party logistics and transportation. Results have been consistently delivered through the execution of award winning marketing strategies, development of new sales channels, launching new products and services, building partnerships with OEM’s and Tier 1 suppliers as well as the integration of strategic acquisitions.
Prior to joining Sky-Trax, Mr. Van Wormer was the President and CEO of LaneScan, LLC, a private equity backed, safety technology company focused on over-the-road transportation fleets. Prior to LaneScan, he was Senior Vice President at APL Logistics with responsibility for global sales, marketing and supply chain engineering. While at APLL, he was instrumental in transitioning the company from a regional service provider into a leading provider of integrated global supply chain solutions. During his tenure, APLL also acquired and integrated GATX Logistics which was the #2 provider of warehouse logistics services in North America. Prior to APLL, Mr. Van Wormer was the Senior Vice President of global marketing at GE Capital’s Transport International Pool (TIP). At TIP, he initiated the launch of several new services including GPS trailer tracking and was recognized corporately for his innovative sales and marketing programs to more effectively sell TIP’s solutions to C-level executives. Prior to TIP, he held various senior manager roles at DuPont with such well known brands as TEFLON and CORIAN. During his career he has also been involved in a number of entrepreneurial endeavors involving wireless telecommunications and off-grid solar systems. Mr. Van Wormer holds a chemical engineering degree from Tufts University.
Sarah M. Brisbin
Vice President of Marketing-
As Sky-Trax's Vice President of Marketing, Ms. Brisbin manages the company's marketing activities and is focused on creatively directing all marketing efforts to achieve awareness, visibility and the generation of sales leads through communications, branding, and other marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining Sky-Trax she was an Account Executive for Barron Marketing and Communications, a full service marketing agency, where she managed multiple national accounts in the financial, outdoor and health segments. She also held responsibility for media planning and buying on multi-media channels for all major accounts.
Prior to joining Barron Marketing, she worked in the food services industry as a manager where she was responsible for day-to-day operations and event coordination. She then moved into a position as a sales representative for a food manufacturer and managed local accounts while focusing on customer satisfaction and relationship development. She supported the development of a commercial & residential construction business and continues to donate marketing consulting and advisement to entrepreneurial startup firms. Ms. Brisbin holds a BS in Business Management and Marketing from Penn State University and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
