Mitch Silver
Chief Executive Officer

Mitch Silver has a diverse background and more than 20 years of business experience. After graduating Cum Laude from City University of New York, Mitch attended law school at Yeshiva University's Cardozo School of Law on an academic scholarship. There, he developed an expertise in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. After graduating, Mitch became a member of the Arizona Bar and developed a successful mediation and legal practice in Arizona. Mitchʼs entrepreneurial spirit kept him on the lookout for new business opportunities, and he pursued several business ventures outside of the legal field. These included a data collection technology start-up company which he built and subsequently merged with a larger company, and a successful internet commerce site. Mitch currently lives in Delaware with his wife and two children.

Larry G. Mahan
President / Chief Operating Officer

Larry has a distinguished 25-year career as a technology manager and business leader. Starting with positions in AT&T Bell Laboratories and with DuPont, Larry helped pioneer advances in manufacturing automation and was awarded a patent in this area. At DuPont he founded the company’s robotic machine vision research laboratory, led the Corporate Center of Excellence for Materials Handling Systems Integration, sat on several corporate standards committees, and managed international supply chain and technology product development projects. Larry left DuPont in 1998 to co-found and lead several companies including IT Genesis LLC, a web technology company focusing on supply chain solutions where he served as COO, and Sky-Trax Inc. since 2004.
Larry earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University and holds several industry accreditations.

David C. Emanuel
Chief Technology Officer

Dave has held various engineering positions for PPG and DuPont, where he provided software architecture and system design expertise to automation projects. As lead project engineer, Dave held program responsibility for DuPont manufacturing facility construction in China, Singapore, and several US locations. He helped to formulate corporate standards for software development and system integration, and led a global team in that pursuit. Dave co-founded Information Technology Genesis and XCS Corporation. His education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Masters of Business Administration from Temple University.

Richard H. Ungerbuehler

After college and military service, Rich began a career with DuPont as an electronic engineer in DuPont’s Engineering R&D organization. He supervised a group of researchers who developed proprietary instrument systems, and he specialized in the application of laser scanning technology to real-time quality control systems. Rich later became a corporate consultant for bar code technology and led the internationally recognized DuPont DART team, which coordinated auto-ID applications throughout the company. During this DART tenure, he represented DuPont on international bar code standards organizations, where he coauthored the American National Standard for bar code shipping labels. After retiring from DuPont in 1999, Rich founded ADC Consulting, a data collection consulting firm. He co-founded Sky-Trax with Larry Mahan and David Emanuel in 2004 and serves today as Chief Science Officer. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Spring Garden College.
