The Sky-Trax System™
The Sky-Trax System™ (STS) automatically tracks and determines vehicle movement, location and position with great accuracy while guiding the driver to the next pick-up or put-away spot. With the ability to record precise location data in real-time for the movement of goods, STS captures and displays the location of all vehicles, aiding managers, warehouse operators and/or computer systems such as warehouse management systems.
Utilizing the vehicle location data collected by STS, Sky-Trax’s Ops Man® vehicle tracking and management software application, allows warehouse managers to optimize fleet operations through real-time monitoring and reporting of vehicle statistics including:
- Distance traveled
- Operational hours
- Peak and average speed
- Number of loads carried
- Number of entries into controlled zones
- Proximity to dangerous or restricted zones
Ops Man® actively captures the movement of forklifts in warehouses and manufacturing facilities by pinpointing vehicle locations in real-time and creating maps showing all vehicle locations within the facility. Data accessed via local area network or secure Internet, allows remote operations monitoring and management. Ops Man® will also store vehicle-tracking data for fleet management purposes, enabling:

- Standard or custom reporting
With Sky-Trax™ standard reporting package, managers can view Sky-Trax™ data in visibility reports that provide detail of forklift truck activity, efficiency, number of loads carried, distance traveled and number of pallets moved per hour, per shift or per driver. Standard reports also provide a visual representation of driver and vehicle productivity and efficiency allowing for labor and fleet utilization improvements.
