For complete asset and inventory tracking, the Total-Trax® System is the comprehensive solution that integrates two of Sky-Trax’s primary systems: the Sky-Trax System™(STS) and Skan-Free® to achieve accurate vehicle and inventory tracking. The Total-Trax system is a premium material handling solution that provides exact pallet ID & location data and the precise location of every Sky-Trax™ equipped vehicle.

The Total-Trax® system enables complete visibility of operations allowing managers to, plan routes, make critical dispatching decisions in real-time & review historical data for improving operations over time. Vehicle location and inventory data simultaneously collected by the Total-Trax® system is transmitted wirelessly back to the Sky-Trax™ database for translation to Sky-Trax’s real-time vehicle tracking and management software application Ops Man® and to reporting software for visual inventory and visibility reports. Sky-Trax™ Visibility Reports

With Sky-Trax™ standard visibility reporting package, managers can view Sky-Trax™ data in report format that provides details of forklift truck activity, efficiency, number of loads carried, distance traveled and number of pallets moved per hour, per shift or per driver. Standard reports also provide a visual representation of driver and vehicle productivity and efficiency allowing for labor and fleet utilization improvements.

With Sky-Trax’s Ops Man® optimize fleet operations through real-time monitoring and reporting of vehicle statistics including:

  • Distance traveled
